Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Commissary Supervisors to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Commissary Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department. Responsibilities:

• Supervise commissary team, including duties assignment, training, coaching, and counseling
• Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products
• Maintain daily awareness of product needs and stock levels
• Oversee inventory control, receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience
• Experience with Excel or similar database management systems
• Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach
• Basic math skills
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 165 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations

Shift: Event-based.
