Remote Medical Scheduler - Bilingual Spanish Preferred

About the role: Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Medical Scheduler & Patient Liaison to enhance patient experience from start to finish. You will book appointments, check in patients before scans, follow up afterward, and support patients in feeling confident and comfortable with their MRI procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule imaging appointments accurately and professionally
• Conduct pre-exam confirmation calls to answer questions and reduce no-shows
• Follow up with patients post-exam to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Support internal teams with insights from patient interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling data
• Help increase MRI conversion rates

Requirements:

• Experience in medical scheduling, customer service, or patient relations
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Empathetic, detail-oriented patient care approach
• Ability to work independently remotely
• Familiarity with EMR/scheduling software and medical terminology
• Residency in Texas
