We operate ecommerce, retail stores (DC, NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago), and manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY and Winchester, VA, delivering high-quality, affordable custom products with quick turnaround. We aim to delight customers and own the market by building a great team across disciplines.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all inbound receipts are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise warehouse inventory and maintain database, ensuring proper transactions.
  • Assist with daily cycle counts and recounts; maintain non-inventory logs.
  • Document activities, complete forms and reports.
  • Compile supplies for retail stores and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage and organize shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Work overtime during month-end inventory and as needed.
  • Monitor shipping to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders, assist when necessary.
  • Use computer programs like Excel, Google Sheets, and WMS/ERP systems such as NetSuite for shipment accuracy.
  • Coordinate with retail stores, communicate via Slack and phone.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with computers, cell phones, RF scanners; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills for inventory management.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Bringg, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Suite is a plus.
  • Forklift and driving experience is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of warehouse experience required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move around the warehouse.
