Job Description

The candidate will perform daily warehouse functions, including:

1. Pack, unpack, and mark items for inventory
2. Follow manufacturing process instructions
3. Use hand tools for manufacturing
4. Work with the department manager on workflow, storage, and inventory
5. Maintain equipment and promote a safe, clean environment
6. Follow quality control procedures
7. Exercise judgment within policies and procedures
8. Address order issues and verify order status
9. Monitor team quality of work
10. Substitute for absent employees
11. Ensure cleanliness and organization
12. Assist with product issuance
13. Report personnel numbers daily

Job Requirements

Applicants should possess:

1. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
2. Physical ability for walking, standing, lifting, etc.
3. Comfort with exposure to temperature extremes, machinery, noise
4. Teamwork and leadership skills
5. Experience with payroll, disciplinary actions, employee empowerment
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. High School Diploma or GED
8. 2-5 years of relevant experience recommended
