Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor, seeks a hands-on Mid Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee a team ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe order fulfillment. You will supervise outbound shipping on the mid shift, oversee night shift personnel, and maintain quality and safety standards while coordinating all loading/unloading activities.

The role requires 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience, independent work ethic, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Forklift certification is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.
• Payroll oversight.
• Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.

Join us as our Mid Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor and oversee a team that keeps orders moving accurately, efficiently and safely.

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the mid shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer’s accounts and that all items ordered are received.
