Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, seeking a Warehouse Night Lead in Aurora, CO. The role supports the Manager and Supervisor with replenishment, receiving, and training, and requires moving stock throughout shifts with equipment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m.

to completion, with a labor-intensive focus. The incumbent will supervise warehouse associates, monitor productivity, ensure inventory accuracy using the warehouse management

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with WMS and Workday is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday and meet scheduling requirements.

The Warehouse Night Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor with replenishment, receiving, other basic warehouse functions, be a trainer for new hires and other duties as assigned.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m. to completion or as business needs dictate. This is a labor-intensive role where team members will be responsible for moving stock repeatedly throughout the shift both manually and with equipment.

• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. REPEATEDLY

• Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday - Friday

• Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours/days without advance notice

• Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and Fit for duty testing.

The expected pay rate for this role is $25.00.
