Johnson Brothers is seeking a Mid Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee a team ensuring orders move accurately, efficiently and safely from the warehouse. You will be responsible for scheduling, leadership, training and safety on the mid shift, with duties spanning selection, replenishment, payroll oversight, and relation to night-shift activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on quality and teamwork, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced distribution

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Forklift certification desired.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Join us as our Mid Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor and oversee a team that keeps orders moving accurately, efficiently and safely.

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the mid shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer's accounts and that all items ordered are received.

• Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection
• Payroll oversight.
• Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.
• Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Previous forklift certification and experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
