Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Roanoke is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will train staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement in processes and results.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing plus 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a loud, non-temperature-controlled environment. A PIT certification is preferred after probation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising or leading people in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, accurate completion.
• Train and evaluate warehouse personnel and processes for improvement.
• Lead interviews and provide direction to the assigned team.
• Communicate with other departments on process improvements and safety.
