Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years work experience.
• 1–2 years supervising or leading people in a warehouse.
• PIT certification preferred.
• Certification after 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe, successful operations.
• Trains and evaluates staff; drives continuous improvement.
• Communicates with other departments on process improvements and issues.
• Models safety culture and ensures adherence to safety policies.
• Leads interviewing and selection of candidates.
