Responsibilities

• Staff supervision: schedule, supervise, and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Operational oversight: ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
• Recruitment and training: interview, recruit, and train new employees.
• Safety compliance: maintain OSHA-aligned safety standards.
• Inventory management: oversee inbound/outbound material tracking.
• Equipment maintenance: inspect and ensure proper maintenance.
• Reporting: prepare inventory and operation reports.
• Additional duties: perform other related tasks as assigned.
