Job summary

Unipart is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in West Bridgewater, MA to oversee storeroom operations for MBTA Bus and Rail services. You will learn and apply The Unipart Way, lead lean management, and ensure safe, high-quality performance across locations while driving team engagement and customer outcomes.

You will supervise staff, schedule coverage, train employees, and manage KPIs to deliver service improvements, compliance, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of previous supervisory experience.
• 5 years of Warehouse and Distribution experience, specifically around Inventory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Oracle or SAP Preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility to achieve desired results and KPIs.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to deal with conflict and maintain an engaged and productive work environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient, safe and high quality operation of the storerooms.
• Lead by example and engage associates to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse team to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental goals and drive service improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure EH&S, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company standards.
• Recruit, select and onboard staff into operations.
• Accurately record weekly timekeeping and ensure policy adherence.
