Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sumner, WA, to lead a team of about 25 manufacturing associates in a highly automated TPM environment.

You will coach, develop, and drive improvements to safety, quality, and throughput while controlling costs. The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor, strong problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to sustain uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience or similar production environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising teams of 10+ employees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 25 operations associates through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, development, and recognition.
• Drive best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Promote a culture focused on zero injuries through safety observations, audits, training, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent product quality by leading right-first-time execution and root-cause actions.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to maximize uptime through TPM.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support a mini-Business Unit structure within a TPM environment.
• Facilitate operational meetings including production planning and site leadership.
• Use data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
• Carry out leadership responsibilities per TPM policies and regulations.
