Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Holds teams accountable for attendance and timecards.
• Develops working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Demonstrates UPS's code of conduct.
