Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize teams, schedules, and productivity improvements in our distribution center.

You will lead a team, monitor safety, report metrics, and collaborate with maintenance, HR, quality, and planning to meet operational goals. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years in a warehouse environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Math skills: basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to convey ideas clearly in person, by phone, and via email.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and train employees consistently.
• Experience handling employee relations and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required.

Responsabilités

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing for efficient operations.
• Check material specifications loaded/unloaded against work orders.
• Design and implement methods and procedures for shipment verification, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Review processes and recommend productivity and quality improvements.
• Estimate material, time, and staffing requirements for projects.
• Examine freight to determine optimal loading/unloading sequences.
• Report daily productivity metrics for the DC.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards; take corrective action as needed.
• Train and coach team members to maintain safe, efficient standards.
• Address and resolve employee relations or performance issues promptly.
• Lead small projects to improve department operations; participate in continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, HR, Quality, Planning to meet goals.
