Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Renton, WA to oversee warehouse teams and coordinate distribution center operations. You will implement safety, quality and productivity targets while driving customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include leading Distribution Associates, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews, plus coordinating training and continuous improvement initiatives across shifts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering or related area.
• Master's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate distribution center functions to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Direct management of Distribution Associates including recruiting, hiring, training, development and performance appraisals.
