Job summary

PACCAR, headquartered in Renton, WA, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to directly supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate center functions. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while leading a skilled team and driving continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include labor planning, talent development, onboarding, and sustaining standard work. Travel may be required to support network operations and deployments across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering or related area.
• Distribution or manufacturing experience required; Engineering/Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• 2 years of leadership experience; PACCAR experience preferred.
• Demonstrated abilities in leadership, problem solving, and change management.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor/equipment plans for a given functional area assuring key objectives with world-class safety and productivity.
• Direct management of Distribution Associates including recruiting, training and performance appraisals with coaching.
• Build a motivated team and sponsor Key-Op program with support from the Assistant Distribution Center Manager.
• Coordinate on-site training with current network Supervisors and onboarding needs.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects and maintain Standard Work Instructions.
• Build relationships with dealers and vendors to improve service levels; participate in special projects requiring travel.
