PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead distribution center personnel and coordinate all warehouse functions. You will supervise labor plans, recruit and develop staff, and drive continuous improvement projects to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or engineering, plus distribution or manufacturing experience and at least two years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering or related field required
• Distribution or manufacturing experience required
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated abilities in leadership, problem solving and change management
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage labor/equipment plans for a given functional area; meet production objectives with safety, quality, productivity and customer service
• Direct management of Distribution Associates including recruiting, hiring, training and development; conduct performance appraisals; provide coaching
• Build a motivated team and sponsor Key-Op program participants with support from the Assistant Distribution Center Manager
• Assist in coordination of on-site training/support with current network Supervisors and Associates
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects and manage through change; maintain Standard Work Instructions
• Build relationships with dealers and vendors to improve service levels; participate in special assignments and travel as needed
