Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Anaheim Distribution Center. You will supervise and train warehouse teams, enforce pricing and quality control, and ensure safe operations of equipment.

This role requires leadership, accountability, and a track record of meeting production goals. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with diverse populations in a production environment.

• Lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
• Adaptability to supervising in multiple production units.
• Proven track record hitting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train all warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operation efficiency.
• Evaluate employee performance and set clear attainable goals.
• Overall responsibility for production department performance and lead by example.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to pricing policy.
• Maintain quality control for materials going to stores.
• Ensure safety and proper use of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Keep area clean, neat, and organized.
• Overtime requires written supervisor approval.
