The role requires leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply-chain operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency. On-site, full-time position with benefits and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of warehouse, distribution, or supply-chain experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or inventory-management systems preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Enforce safety procedures and proper equipment usage.
• Manage attendance, performance, and employee-relations concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food-safety, and Best Practice requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, product quality, date codes, and FIFO practices.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Track productivity, service, quality, and financial performance.
• Investigate operational or safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
