Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production support. You will coach operators, drive KPI tracking, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient activities to meet schedules.

You’ll oversee overtime and flexible hours, coordinate transportation, maintain FIFO inventory, and champion continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and standard-work enhancements across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or production.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking English; good communication.
• Ability to operate a forklift; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities.
• Schedule and supervise shipments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse staff; track KPIs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support production scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and standard-work enhancements.
