The ideal candidate has SAP/ERP experience, 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with math and typing.
• Ability to multitask while reading and writing measurements.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and PPE, upholding health and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
• Achieve performance goals through space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.
