Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage dock scheduling, inventory accuracy, and SAP transactions in a high-volume production setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Hazmat shipping requirements and DOT specifications for loads.
• Valid forklift certification from Refresco approved trainer.
• 2 years minimum warehouse shipping/receiving experience; beverage/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, PPE; maintain safe warehouse/production areas.
• Check in carrier drivers, assign dock doors, dispatch and coordinate yard moves.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded drop trailers and issue daily status updates.
• Perform shipping/receiving administrative duties and prepare reports.
• Coordinate raw materials deliveries and verify against packing lists/COAs.
• Ensure product availability for ship dates with Customer Service.
• Verify daily material checks and ensure production schedule readiness.
• Reconcile invoices in SAP and manage dock scheduling.
• Monitor shipments, provide shipping instructions, and expedite when needed.
• Ensure proper paperwork (BOL, STOs) accompanies shipments.
