Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Shipping/Receiving I to coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, support production schedules, and ensure accurate warehousing and timely delivery. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a data center cooling operation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment once properly certified.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• The ability to effectively navigate an ERP system is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a safety sensitive industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with shop drawings and unit assembly.
• Experience with Action Tracker or similar pr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing movement and storage of materials to meet production schedules.
• Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety rules are adhered to during the shift.
• Execute material handling processes to ensure proper receipt and location of materials.
• Verify quality of received products and maintain QA within quality systems.
• Monitor and report on receiving process performance and issues.
• Maintain communication with leadership and production schedulers.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Maintain clean and safe workplace.
