Job summary

You will oversee inventory accuracy, warehousing activities, and line-side delivery while driving continuous improvement and adherence to Magna standards. Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred to have an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations management is required or highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment across warehouse operations.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and timely material handling.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Team Leaders, Material Handlers, and Associates.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs and service levels.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and line-side delivery.
• Coordinate material movements between warehouse and production areas.
