Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years analyzing data to identify opportunities and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the warehouse operations to meet goals.
• Oversee picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize product loss.
• Conduct counts and reconcile floor stock with system records.
• Schedule and manage the warehouse team within labor and budget constraints.
• Enforce safety policies per OSHA and FDA standards.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety inspections are performed.
