Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Longview, TX warehouse. You will lead the site, prioritize safety, and drive productivity and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams while delivering on company objectives.

You will coach onsite leaders, manage performance, and partner with internal teams to meet customer expectations and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic beverage distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment (GED path).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with 3 years’ DC/DSD experience.
• Prior people leadership experience in a distribution center or operations environment.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse working teams including talent selection, leadership development, career coaching, and supervision of warehouse facility.
• Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues to reach short- and long-term performance goals while fostering urgency, integrity and trust.
• Administer company policies, practices, and adherence to SOPs, including safety, food safety and environmental policies.
• Effectively utilize data to manage through various situations and display high emotional maturity when analyzing people impacts.
• Engage and collaborate with internal partners and functions to meet customer demands and provide high quality customer service.
• Regularly flex between hands on tactical and strategic work as necessary.
• Effectively manage difficult situations and assess best solutions when impacting people, customers, and cost.
• Apply change management experience while also explaining change effectively to frontline associates
