Job summary

MWI Animal Health, a Cencora company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Elizabethtown, PA facility. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, directing workflow, training staff, and monitoring performance to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, including controlled substances with DEA compliance.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least two years of related experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Two years of directly related and progressively responsible work experience is normally required.

Responsibilities

Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
Monitors work processes and suggests modifications to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy; implements changes as directed.
Supports compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
Coaches employees to support their development in the role.
Oversees receipt of merchandise and verifies documentation; maintains daily logs with accurate product information.
Oversees staff in counting, weighing and identifying items being shipped against invoices and shipments; ensures accuracy.
Oversees order filling and shipping of controlled substances with cage/vault staff or order fillers.
Maintains records of delivery processes and route manifests to ensure timely delivery.
Oversees packing quality and adherence to holding/handling standards for controlled substances.
