Job summary

Cencora / MWI Animal Health is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Elizabethtown, PA facility. The role leads warehouse associates, directs receiving and shipping, ensures accurate records for controlled substances, and enforces safety and DEA compliance.

In this onsite role, you will manage daily workflows, train staff, and optimize operations to meet productivity goals. Responsibilities include inventory controls, order filling, and coordinating with cage/vault clerks.

Qualifications

Broad training in business administration, logistics, or related field; typically a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or logistics experience.
Proven leadership and organizational capabilities, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct workflow, coach and monitor performance of warehouse associates.
Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control activities.
Ensure safety, DEA compliance, and accurate recordkeeping for shipments of controlled substances.
Maintain logs and documents for delivery processes, manifests, and routes.
Coordinate with cage/vault clerks for secure handling of controlled items.
