Job summary

Cencora, supporting MWI Animal Health in Pelham, AL, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead supervisors and teams, plan and manage all warehouse operations, and ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective distribution. The role requires coordinating with production, inventory, and safety processes while meeting service level goals.

You will drive process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and oversee budgeting and staff development in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years related experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Experience with warehouse safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse activities to optimize storage and distribution.
• Maintain productivity, quality controls and process management.
• Analyze critical success measures and drive improvements.
• Address production problems with timely solutions.
