• Proficiency in inventory and invoicing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy within the warehouse.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
