Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower LLC is hiring for a Full Time position at Branch 1200 Indianapolis - Indianapolis, IN. The role involves receiving, organizing, storing, pulling and shipping merchandise and supplies used to fulfill customer orders.

You will assist customers at the retail counter with hose repair and order processing. Essential duties include shipping/receiving, moving materials around the warehouse, maintaining stock, and demonstrating product knowledge to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an industrial or hydraulic warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift/move product weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to complete transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with staff and vendors.
• Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively in oral and written format.

Job Summary

Receives, organizes, stores, pulls and ships merchandise/supplies used to fulfill customer orders. Assemble and build industrial and hydraulic hose upon receiving proper training and guidance. Assist customers on Bridgestone HosePower’s retail counter with guidance, hose repair and order processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolves or alerts management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns
• Assemble and build industrial and hydraulic hose to appropriate specifications and standards
• Upholds environmental health and safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned.
