Job summary

BRIDGESTONE HOSEPOWER LLC, the premier distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products, is seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Manager to join our Indianapolis Operations Team. At Branch 1200 Indianapolis, you’ll oversee shipping, warehousing, and distribution, while supporting on-site mobile service hose assembly replacement and counter sales.

You will lead a team, enforce safety policies, manage stock counts, and schedule orders to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in Industrial/Hydraulic Hose industry.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new software.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience leading or managing a team in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure staff safety.
• Manage stock counts and inventory levels.
• Schedule all incoming and outgoing orders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Oversee Front Counter, sales, inventory and stock levels.
