Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to help meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble industrial products and oversee flow of materials through the warehouse.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, the ability to lift over 50 lbs, read calipers, and coordinate a safe, organized workspace. Forklift experience is preferred, and a strong team player attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse and industrial assembly experience.
• Ability to read calipers, measuring scales and instructions.
• Must be able to lift and move over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for meeting production and quality goals in an efficient manner.
• Assemble industrial products.
• Move, store and transfer materials, supplies and merchandise in and around warehouse.
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations.
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and safe condition.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Supervisor Will

• Be responsible for seeing that production and quality goals are met in an efficient manner
• Assemble industrial products
• Move, store and transfer materials, supplies and merchandise in and around warehouse
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and safe condition
• Handle other duties that may be assigned

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $13.00 - $15.00 based on experience, as well as overtime pay.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have:

• Previous supervisory experience
• 2 – 3 years of warehouse and industrial assembly experience
• Ability to read calipers, measuring scales and instructions
• Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs
• Forklift experience desired
• Must be a team player and willing to learn and teach as required to get the job done
• Must be attentive to detail and inspection of products
• Must be dependable
• Must have valid drivers license
