Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience, Required
• 1 year or more in experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment., Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring they meet the company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct coaching and performance evaluations, recognizing team and individual successes.
