Keurig Dr Pepper in Norcross, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations, supervise staff, and coordinate the receiving, storing, inventorying, and shipping of materials in a small to mid-sized facility.

The role requires leadership experience, proficiency with Excel, and strong data analysis to improve inventory control and process efficiency. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with weekend flexibility; includes comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution operations.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse.
• Ensure execution of policies for picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage team within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure safety codes and company policies, OSHA and FDA standards are followed.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and inspections are performed.
