Domino's Corporate is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising all warehouse operations, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment. Strong leadership, forklift certification, and inventory control are essential.

The role involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and aligning staff with shipping schedules while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
• 2–3 years warehouse or production experience
• 2–3 years supervisory experience
• Must have and maintain forklift certification
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Must successfully pass background checks on anniversary date every third year
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse manager in all aspects of warehouse operations
• Recruit and interview new team members
• Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food product and support goods
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Utilize handheld scanner to perform pick, sort, pack, receive, stock tasks
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Assist in compiling daily key indicators
• Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments
• Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled load
• Suggest improvements to procedures for verification of shipments and inventory
• Fill in for Warehouse team member as needed to meet goals
