Job summary

PSI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Minnesota to direct and coordinate all activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies for production.

You will lead a team, uphold cGMP and safety standards, manage inventory counts, train staff, and collaborate with QA, Sales, and Account Support to optimize operations. The role includes full benefits and a starting salary of $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Industrial powered forklift certification (can be obtained)
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities.
• Supervise daily activities and performance of warehouse associates.
• Ensure activities comply with cGMP and safety standards.
• Manage inventory control including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Write and train on warehouse procedures.
• Lead coordination with QA, Account Support, and Sales & Marketing to optimize operations.
• Support CI initiatives and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Manage inbound/outbound delivery schedules.
