Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review, with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPIs and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team and individual progress reviews, coaching, and recognition.
