Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in distribution environment and supervision.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with company software as listed (Catalyst, LogFire, Chess, Oracle).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily employee activities; manage staffing levels and schedules.
• Control workload flow to maximize capacity and ensure on-time shipping.
• Report operational metrics: safety, inventory, productivity, and quality.
• Plan space requirements and coordinate delivery/distribution to meet objectives.
• Lead and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations.
