You will lead a team, monitor performance, run counts, and coordinate with safety standards (OSHA and FDA), while maintaining cost-effective labor use and reliable equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years analyzing data to identify opportunities and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate warehouse operations.
• Ensure execution of policies for picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse team within labor and budget while meeting facility demands.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA safety codes and company policies.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and inspected.
