Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• 2 years analyzing data to identify improvements and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate warehouse operations.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Train staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and loss control.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse team within labor and budgetConstraints.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain and inspect equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
