The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of supervision experience, with strong knowledge of SAP ECC/ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
• 3+ years leading shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory controls.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/ERP systems incl. SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensures safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost savings in shipping/receiving.
• Supervises warehouse personnel: trains, assigns duties, schedules.
• Meets KPI targets: Performance, Accuracy, Damage, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, assign duties and manage scheduling.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and cost.
