Job summary

Palmer Logistics, now part of H.Essers, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and supervise staff in our U.S. facilities. The role focuses on receiving, storage, shipping, inventory control and safety, with emphasis on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in logistics, minimum 2 years in supervision, and proficiency with RF scanners and Microsoft Office. This role offers career growth and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years’ experience in logistics with at least 2 years in a supervision role.
• Familiar with RF scanners and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping and inventory control.
• Assist in selecting and training new hires; supervise and discipline warehouse staff.
• Maintain safety, ensure procedures are followed, and generate reports for leadership.
