Job summary

De Silva Brothers is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pico Rivera, CA. This hands-on, food-grade role focuses on receiving, storage, production support, and order fulfillment with strict documentation to ensure traceability across the operation.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime and occasional Saturday coverage during peak periods. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience in a food, beverage, ingredient, or other regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and lot traceability.
• Comfort with paperwork: read tickets, packing lists, BOLs, batch sheets; complete logs accurately.
• Basic computer skills; experience with a WMS, ERP, or scanning system.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload inbound containers, inspect loads, verify quantities and lot codes, stage product per QA disposition.
• Storage and Inventory: put away per FIFO/FEFO, maintain segregation, ensure traceability, keep areas clean, perform cycle counts.
