Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of 3PL, supply chain and transportation; WMS preferred.
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and WMS familiarity expected.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warehouse activities and productivity.
• Plan, organize, supervise daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Provide supervision and direction for day-to-day workflow and attendance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Balance labor and optimize shift operations using LEAPS tools.
• Complete documentation and system transactions accurately.
