Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with 3PL, supply chain, and transportation concepts preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and productivity in assigned area(s).
• Schedule staff, manage time and attendance, and provide direction to the team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, quality, and inventory accuracy across shifts.
• Lead start-up meetings, communicate goals, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Identify improvements, balance labor, and ensure on-time documentation and transactions.
