Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred.
• Powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, policies and procedures.
• Experience with 3PL, supply chain and transportation; WMS preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily department goals in safety, sanitation, productivity, and quality.
• Supervise and direct day-to-day workflow, scheduling and attendance.
• Interview applicants, assess training needs and document performance.
• Train associates on SOPs and conduct method observations.
• Balance labor with other supervisors and ensure efficient shift operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and system transactions are completed accurately.
