Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of 3PL, supply chain, and transportation; WMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and WMS systems.
• English reading/writing skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and productivity across assigned area(s).
• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily activities and staffing.
• Schedule associates and temporary staff; manage time and attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.
