Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 0–2+ years in material/warehouse.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Safety-sensitive position; drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing tasks to meet quality goals and schedule.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and Kaizen.
• Ensure team members follow instructions and customer specifications.
• Mentor and train new employees as needed.
• Operate or back up for supervisor as required.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; proper scrap disposal.
• Assist in shift overlap and team coordination.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Monitor performance and quality; drive problem solving.
• Work in a 24/7 global business operation as needed.
