Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication via emails, texts, or calls.
• Positive attitude and ability to deescalate tense situations.
• Multi-tasking across 4-5 teams and multiple trailers.

Responsibilities

• Tracking/recording attendance.
• Tracking/recording trailer info and start/completion times.
• Tracking/recording hourly occurrences (who, start, end).
• Sending Start of shift and End of shift emails.
• Covering weekly safety topics and completing safety observations.
